Product Description
One set cutting machine consists of one horizontal cutter, one vertical cutter, one cutting cart, and specific rail for cutting cart. (tongue and groove making device, hand-holding hole making device and vacuum sucking cover are optional).
Cutting wires on horizontal cutter are fixed on guide pillars while on vertical cutter each wire is tensioned by compressed air cylinder.
After the tilting hoister puts the green cake on the first cutting cart then it carries the green cake through horizontal cutter. When the cake arrives vertical cutting section, it will be jacked up to reduce vibration and cut on vertical cutting machine. Through the driving motion of chain, the gear box makes the cutting frames move up and down meanwhile the two cutting frames swing with equal force from both sides.
The air cylinder tension device drives the cutting wire to do reciprocating motion, and thus form transverse cutting action.

Working Principle
It is achieved by ordinary pneumatic brick column cutter. When the extrude clay column being pushed to the portal frame and contact the resist roller, it is stopped by the resist roller.
Meanwhile, the clay column push the pulley(clay column and pulley synchronization) to go forward to make the inductive switch react, the control program order the cutting cylinder start, the piston rod of cylinder push-out and drive the steel wire in the limb to cut the clay.
After the clay cutting completion, the pulley go forward continuously, the roller plant resister in portal frame is forced open by the block which installed at the both sides of machine body, the portal frame is opened automatically, the clay column is send away by the belt conveyor of faster roller.
Meanwhile, the pulley is bringing back to the original place by repeat-vertebra and wait for the next cutting.
