Product Description
The cutting machine is mainly used for cutting the material which are extruded from vacuum extruder in certain length .The entire working process is under automatic control of PLC.
Its cutting wires are pneumatically tensioned, and the space between wires can be adjusted according to the requirements of making different products. In order to keep wire sharp, sections flat and service life of wires have been improved.
Before cutting, a sensor equipped on the driven shaft of conveyer can detect the speed of material from the extruder to the control center accurately, and the cutting frame is driven to move simultaneously with the extruded material, which ensures the cutting sections to be perpendicular to the bottom surface, and reduce the waste.
How the machine working?
